Iran is prepared to resume atomic negotiations with the United States on condition that it is approached with "respect" and "respect", Iran's top diplomat has declared.

Iran's diplomats stated they felt they had reached a "perfect agreement" to the nuclear fuel concern in earlier negotiations, when it was agreed an domestic cooperative with American involvement could refine atomic fuel. The two nations would have been able to assert triumph since home-based processing would have continued and the US could be assured that Iran's enrichment initiative was entirely non-military.

It had not been agreed in the discussions that Washington's technical specialists could operate inside Iran, but that was a reasonable assumption of the partnership suggestion.
